I am
directed to invite sealed quotations from the reputed firms in respct of work
regarding fitting of false ceiling in CCAs room, as per details given below:-
Size
of the room : (19 X 24)sft approx.
Type
of tile work : Amstrong
Rates
should be quoted with for the specific work as well as per replacement/refixing
of electric fittings etc. The
interested party may visit actual site before submitting the quotations.
The
Competent Authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the
quotatiojns without assigning any reason thereof.
Terms and Conditions:
1. Payment will be subject to satisfactory completion of the work.
2. Serice Tax, Work Contract Tax etc. or any other tax if applicable
may be quoted separately in the quotation.
If not applicable a certificate to this effect may please be recorded in
the quotation.
3. Time required for completion of work may alsio be indicated.
4. Work done in Govt. Deptts.
If any, also be intimated alongwith copies of orders received form concerned
departments.
